Exclusive use can happily be arranged for smaller groups by discussion and for a nominal venue hire fee.

Deposit 

Full payment for the food (function menu) is required no later than 48 hours after the provisional booking has been made to confirm a group reservation

The final number guests must be confirmed 48 hours in advance of the event.
