De Kloof Restaurant to close shop on 15 July 2024 in the Waterkloof Golf estate after 13 years.

It is with great excitement that we announce the beginning of a new chapter in the history of De Kloof restaurant.

We opened our doors as the first fine dining, multi-course tasting menu restaurant in Pretoria in October 2011. Through the ups and down, we were awarded many accolades, including SA Restaurant of the year in 2013. However, our proudest achievement was hosting thousands of special celebrations, date nights, weddings and corporate events for both local and international guests, and ensuring that enduring memories were made.
To all the diners, wine makers and representatives, staff and suppliers who shared in this challenging but rewarding journey, we say a heartfelt thank you.

What next?

Re-opening late in 2024.
De Kloof will be taking a break over winter, but we intend to reopen late in 2024 in a new venue full of fresh ideas and inspiration. Details will be announced in due course.
